From our stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa in Hanoi, we were immensely impressed by the attentive staff, especially Miss Kim, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location in the Old Quarter was perfect, walking distance to key attractions yet peaceful. the Premier Deluxe Balcony room was a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the city. the rooftop Eclipse Sky Bar was a highlight, offering a chic setting to unwind with cocktails and enjoy stunning views of Hanoi. the daily complimentary breakfast and meals on the cruise were a delightful touch, showcasing Vietnamese flavors. the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction truly made our stay unforgettable.
